Chocolate Blueberry Crumb Muffin

so i’ve been doing kinda a small business with my best friend, we sell cupcakes and muffins, and bars, well baked goods. sometimes i feel like my life is being portrayed by a show called 2 broke girls. in that case, i am max because i’m the one who bake, and   my friend, she is caroline cus she’s the one who market my product. bu even so, i feel like i should be caroline, because i’m taller and definitely prettier than her lol

we’ve been doing pretty well which is awesome. but i just wish we had been doing that earlier in our college year. it’s our 3rd year, and 4th year is the busiest year ever because we’ll have to deal with our thesis and stuffs. 

but anyway, today i made a new product to sell. of course it’s not something that i invent, i mean, people make chocolate blueberry muffin all the time duh ! but i did couple of things that makes it my own. 

so,

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
• 5 tablespoon vegetable oil plus 2 tablespoon of butter
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar 
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt plus 3 tablespoon of milk
• 3/4 – 1 cup frozen blueberries (I prefer lots of blueberries)
• 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
• 3 tablespoon of chocolate paste

For the crumbs

• 2 tablespoon of flour
• 5 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoon of butter

Directions :

1. preheat oven to 375F
2. sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cacao powder together
3. cream sugar, oil, butter, and egg together until light and fluffy
4. add in the dry ingredient 
5. add yogurt and milk, and the chocolate paste
6. fold in blueberry
7. scoop them into muffin liner
8. for the crumbs, combine flour sugar and cinnamon, cut in the butter with a fork until it resembles a coarse meal. sprinkle all over the batter in the muffin tin, liner, cup whatever it is
9. bake em for about 15-20 minutes, and yay, cool em on the wire rack (or just eat them right away like i usually did)
